How it works

Reframe Video changes a clip's shape: a landscape clip to 9:16, 4:5 or 1:1, or a portrait clip to 16:9, up to 16 s. VACE draws new picture at the edges and your original pixels are put back exactly, with its sound. At 720p everything is made at the model's own size. At 1080p your original's pixels stay sharp; the new edges are made at 720p and enlarged.

VACE makes video at 16 frames a second, so motion may look less smooth than your original. For smooth motion, use Wan 2.7 or Seedance 2.0.
