How Explainers work
  • Two ways to start. Explain a website or app: Brookwake shows your real pages, scrolling, zooming and pointing at what the narration talks about. Explain a topic: motion graphics, charts and diagrams from your topic and your own notes, with generated images and a presenter if you want them.
  • What the capture does. Brookwake visits each public page you list once, takes desktop and mobile screenshots and notes where the headings, buttons and sections are. It respects the site's robots.txt. It never signs in, clicks a button, accepts a cookie banner or fills in a form. For pages behind a sign-in, local sites and mobile apps, upload screenshots or a screen recording instead. About the capture.
  • The plan. A writer turns your inputs into a plan: the script, scene by scene, with what to show. Change any word, add, delete or reorder scenes, drag the focus boxes and preview it, all for free. Only Rewrite this scene, Make a clip and Make cost credits, and each shows its price first.
  • Check the facts. Brookwake's writer can get facts wrong. Check every fact, number and name before you publish. Charts and numbers come only from your notes or from numbers you type into the plan.
  • Voices. Pick any voice model and voice for the plan's language, a Character's saved voice or one of your own consented voice clones. Each scene is voiced on its own at the model's normal price, so a changed scene is re-voiced alone. Make shows the full breakdown before anything is charged.
  • Captions. Burned-in captions are optional, in four styles (Clean, Bold, Word Highlight and Boxed), at the bottom or the top. SRT and WebVTT caption files are always free.
  • Music. None, a track from your library, or new music at the model's normal price. It dips automatically while the voice speaks, and a short track loops.
  • Edit in Brookwake Motion Studio. Make builds an ordinary Brookwake Motion project: every scene, word, zoom and caption can be changed for free, and exports cost the same as any Brookwake Motion export.
